这张专辑是一些demo的合辑。不同于《A Rush Of Blood To The Head》的是，Coldplay在这张碟里把以前一些好歌（In My Place/Yellow/The Scientist/Shiver)用Guitar来演绎。又是另外的一种感觉。其中Dont Panic、The Scientist、In My Place、Yellow、Shiver等都是Live Version 和Acoustic Version 。
